Like Interval Training, I thought I’d switch up the blog posts a little bit and inject a little humor or make a point. I was watching a few YouTube videos and came across this clip of the Conan O’Brien show when he had Louis C.K. on as a guest. After having a great belly laugh, it got me to thinking just how true his comments were and how they resonated with me. I could identify with everything he was saying.
