The Resolutions! Ah yes the Resolutions!
I made them and quickly and consistently broke them throughout the year. In fact I’m late making them this year. January 1, 2012 falls (fell depending on when you read this) on a Sunday. Seems like a good day to start fresh.
I started FatAssToFit.com last year sometime and was unprepared. I never made a Decision, I never Committed and thus I had not Succeeded. Introducing FatAssToFit.com (2.0 / reboot). This will be the place I share my experiences as I go from being a Fat Ass to Being Fit. I’ve studied the P90X system, I’ve read the Workout Manual and Nutrition Manual and previewed the Videos so that I know what to expect. Now its time to Just Hit Play!
